Investment Communications Coordinator Job Description

The Investment Communications Coordinator plays a pivotal role in developing and disseminating client-centric content, including investment-related reports and market commentary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce tailored communications, such as quarterly reports and market insights.
  • Support the development of strategic capability statements and adviser-client presentation materials.
  • Maintain high-quality standards through meticulous proofreading and formatting of documents.
  • Cordinate communication timelines and update schedules with internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Provide administrative support for campaigns, content development, and communication projects.
  • Liaise with internal departments to align messaging and timelines.
  • Maintain templates, contact lists, and other communication tools and resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a communications or administrative support role, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, SharePoint, and LinkedIn.
