About the Role

We are looking for a skilled content developer who combines creativity with precision. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create content that supports compliance, operational excellence, and career development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality training content for various delivery modes, including face-to-face, online, and blended learning
  • Create engaging learner guides, facilitator resources, assessments, eLearning modules, and job aids
  • Apply instructional design principles to align learning content with adult learning best practices, business needs, and compliance requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience developing learning content in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or operational learning environment
  • Strong writing, editing, and instructional design skills for both classroom and online formats
  • Experience with eLearning tools and Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
