Mobile Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technician to join our team in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in the manufacture, replacement and maintenance of hydraulic hose assemblies, ensuring optimal performance for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site hydraulic hose manufacture, replacement and repairs on various equipment and machinery
  • Conduct efficient inspections and troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with customers to understand equipment issues and provide professional service solutions
  • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation in line with industry standards
  • Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment
  • Manage parts inventory and coordinate with workshops as required
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in hydraulic hose manufacture, mobile plant or heavy equipment servicing
  • Strong hydraulic, mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Proven experience working as a mobile technician in a field service environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Current driver's license; heavy vehicle license advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within the Perth metro area and surrounding regions
