As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in optimizing data platforms and improving end-to-end data flows between front and middle office.

With your expertise, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency of our data processes, ensuring that we deliver reliable, accurate, and timely information to critical business functions.


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive improvements in data quality, and support integration initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting end-to-end business and data analysis with a focus on transformation and optimization.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements, change requests, and integration specifications.
  • Contributing to solution design, data structures, and process decisions.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation to support business outcomes.
  • Planning, designing, and executing testing to validate solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 6 years experience in a Business Analyst role within buy-side funds.
  • A strong understanding of data flows between front and middle office functions.
  • Experience working with security data, classifications, and mastering.
  • Familiarity with investment data vendors such as Bloomberg.
  • Experience across a wide range of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, and OTC derivatives.
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
