Hr Advisor
Role Overview:As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing Guidance: Offer timely HR advice and support to leaders and employees across all stages of their career journey.
- Counseling and Coaching: Assist leaders in navigating conduct and performance processes, including formal counseling sessions.
- Documentation Management: Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts and variation letters.
- Query Response: Respond to HR inquiries via our shared services inbox, triaging or escalating as needed.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the HR Business Partners and GM HR on national and functional HR projects.
- Training Facilitation: Deliver ad hoc training sessions on policies, procedures, and fundamental HR practices.
- A degree in Human Resources (or equivalent experience).
- Experience gained in a HR Advisory or Coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and National Employment Standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to build trust quickly.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar Tier 1 HRIS (desirable).
- Understanding of Enterprise Agreement frameworks and working in unionized environments (desirable).
