Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with digital strategy through research, analysis, and reporting. They will set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across various platforms and track performance to contribute insights for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, participating in meetings, contributing to social media management, and collaborating with designers. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of brand strategy, customer journeys, or funnels and exposure to strategy tools such as SWOT, STP, and personas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years' digital marketing experience
  • Confident with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimisation
  • Strong communications with sharp writing and attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
