Defence Security Specialist Role

This is a key position in upholding Defence Industry security requirements.

As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems and data by implementing and maintaining robust security protocols.

  • You will work closely with our teams to manage security clearances and facilitate awareness training.
  • Manage access controls, user accounts and security procedures to maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high degree of emotional intelligence, and be able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

They must also possess a good foundational knowledge of security principles, and be a lateral thinker who can find solutions to complex problems.

Formal security education or experience within the Defence sector is highly valued. We are interested in speaking with individuals who understand the Defence Security Policy Framework (DSPF) and are able to apply it effectively.
