Job Description:

As a Caregiver at our organisation, you will support residents to live independently and with dignity. You will assist with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and offer companionship to residents, ensuring their physical comfort and emotional health are met in a caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding)

• Support residents with mobility and physical assistance

• Monitor and document residents' progress, ensuring their needs and preferences are met

• Collaborate with the broader care team to provide holistic support to residents

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification (desired)

• Experience in aged care or disability support is highly desirable

• Genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Understanding of maintaining residents' dignity and independence
