Operations Supervisor - Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor - Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations at our site in Queensland, Australia.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing maintenance systems to ensure plant availability and contribute to process improvements.

A successful candidate will also possess effective cost control skills and be able to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance systems to optimize plant performance
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Trade, or related field
  • 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 5-10 years in supervisory roles
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing maintenance systems that improve plant efficiency and reduce costs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in flour milling
