Job Title: Operations Supervisor

">Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the stock management process from start to finish.

This includes managing the delivery and storage area, ensuring safety, cleanliness, accessibility, and ease of use.

You will work closely with the Purchasing team and Store Manager to improve stock holding and plan and execute stock takes.

Additionally, you will assist the Store Management team in ensuring promotions and campaigns are successful and identify opportunities to enhance the staff and customer experience.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Oversee the entire stock management process, including receipt, storage, and issuance of stock.
  • Delivery and Storage: Ensure the delivery and storage area is safe, clean, accessible, and easy to use.
  • Purchasing Collaboration: Work with the Purchasing team to improve stock holding and ensure timely delivery of stock.
  • Stock Takes: Plan and execute stock takes with the Store Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Campaign Support: Assist the Store Management team in promoting and executing successful campaigns.
  • Staff and Customer Experience: Identify opportunities to enhance the staff and customer experience.
