Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Educational Leader and Assistant Director to fill a pivotal role within our organization.

This dual-position will be based on the floor, working closely with children, educators, and families to deliver premium early learning experiences.

As an Educational Leader, you will provide mentorship and support to educators, guide curriculum implementation, and ensure top-notch educational outcomes for every child. As Assistant Director, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the service, supporting the Centre Director with staff management, compliance, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

  • Lead and inspire a team of educators, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and a high-performing culture on the floor.
  • Work alongside educators to mentor, support, and model best-practice early childhood education.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, resources, and compliance, ensuring seamless centre management.
  • Develop and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs that support children's growth, curiosity, and development.
  • Prioritize health, safety, and wellbeing, creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for every child.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES AND THE COMMUNITY, PROMOTING INVOLVEMENT AND THE CENTRE'S VALUES.

About This Role:

  • Skillset: Early Childhood Education, Team Leadership, Staff Management, Curriculum Implementation, Compliance.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong Communication Skills, Collaborative Spirit, Adaptability, Problem-Solving Ability.
