About the Role

Become an accredited swimming instructor through our comprehensive training program, which includes First Aid and CPR certifications. This earn-and-learn recruitment program is designed for individuals passionate about teaching swimming and making a positive impact in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Hold current working with children checks
  • Have basic water confidence and survival/swimming skills

  • Undertake one-week intensive training, including online, face-to-face, and in-water scenarios
  • Pass a pool water confidence test
