We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will set the pace and lead by example during busy service periods, ensuring seamless execution and high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to spark motivation and achieve exceptional results together, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where every moment becomes a memory and every experience becomes a story.
  • Upsell effectively, not just for numbers, but to craft an unforgettable experience that leaves our guests craving for more.
  • Proactively source information to increase your product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table & event service, beverage expertise, and coffee crafting skills.
  • Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork and effective collaboration.
  • Adaptability within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory.
  • Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
