**Dining Experience Manager Wanted**

**Job Summary:**

Cafe Sydney is seeking a skilled Dining Experience Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional service and memorable dining experiences. Key responsibilities include managing reservation systems, optimizing restaurant seating, and ensuring seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive commitment to delivering unparalleled service and unforgettable dining experiences
* Manage reservation and customer database systems, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing revenue opportunities.
* Analyse every aspect of our reservation department, from customer satisfaction to operational efficiency, and lead the charge in making strategic enhancements.*

**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**

* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a premium a la carte dining venue.
* Familiarity with Seven Rooms is not essential but will be considered an advantage.
* A Diploma or Certificate in hospitality management will be looked upon favourably.
* Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.
