Project Manager for Education Sector

At Currie & Brown, we are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Education sector. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of providing project management services on infrastructure and utilities projects worth over $100m. They will also possess excellent commercial and technical skills, with experience of managing public sector contracts.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead commissions and deliver high standards of service in fast-paced environments. They will also be proactive in learning and development, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects. Experience of mentoring junior staff and supporting bids for new work is essential.

We are looking for individuals who share our values of professionalism, ambition, and excellence. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our future growth and success. The salary range for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key requirements include:

  • Professional institution membership (APM, RICS, PC, API, UDIA) or evidence of working towards a recognized professional qualification
  • Experience in construction projects within the Education sector
  • Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills
  • Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute
