We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a Regional Council based in South-Western NSW. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering the successful planning, scoping and execution of significant organisation-wide business system enhancements and digital transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, planning design and contract management in an enterprise level software implementation context. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving change management initiatives. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and mitigate potential risks, while your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will facilitate effective stakeholder engagement.

This role requires:

  • Extensive experience in project management, planning design and contract management in an enterprise level software implementation context

  • Proven ability to manage projects with a change management aspect
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite

Estimated salary range: $120-$150 per day. Benefits include:
