The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of business operations at Queensland's fastest-growing façade company.

As a Facility Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of projects, working closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) initiatives across all projects, prioritising safety from design to installation.
  • Managing contracts, including claims, notices, latent conditions, variations, retentions, and ensuring compliance with McNab's standards.

This role offers valuable experience in contract management, procurement, financial management, material coordination, and installation oversight.
