Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Oncology Services to lead our regional cancer care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality specialist oncology care and developing integrated services.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement service strategy to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver sustainable, patient-centred cancer services
  • Oversee quality and clinical governance across all oncology services
  • Drive innovation and education through research and training initiatives
  • Build strong partnerships with hospital teams, primary care, and community providers
Essential Qualifications
  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and Specialist Registration with AHPRA
  • Fellowship (oncology) FRACP
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and service development
  • Strong commitment to multidisciplinary care, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills
