Nurse - Oncology Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity for a nursing professional to progress their career and work with an integrated cancer care provider. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, education, and support to ensure patients receive the best possible life outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Providing excellent patient care, ensuring patients' physical and psychological needs are met whilst undergoing cancer treatment.
- Delivering cancer treatment and supportive medication administration as per prescribed protocols.
- Facilitating effective lines of communication with medical officers, patient services staff, and other members of the nursing team.
- Maintaining procedures, protocols, practices, and clinical guidelines in line with best practice medical oncology nursing standards.
- Establishing communication for allied health services using ISBAR communication tool.
- AHPRA registration
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality improvement
- Interest in continuing professional development
