Are you an experienced oncologist with a vision for transformative cancer care? Ready to lead and inspire a regional team while enjoying a remarkable lifestyle.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Cancer Services to provide clinical leadership, drive innovation, and lead the ongoing development of integrated oncology services.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality specialist oncology care across the region
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver sustainable, patient-centred cancer services
  • Oversee service strategy, quality, and clinical governance
  • Champion education, training, and research within the network
  • Build strong partnerships with hospital teams, primary care, and community providers
Essential qualifications
  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and Specialist Registration with AHPRA
  • Fellowship (oncology) FRACP
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and service innovation
  • Strong commitment to multidisciplinary care, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills
