**Job Role:**

As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), your primary responsibility will be delivering customer orders safely and efficiently to customers' homes during the day or night. This involves navigating local neighbourhoods, picking and packing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong commitment to delivering great customer experiences by being enthusiastic, energetic, and pace-oriented
  • An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a clean driving record
  • The confidence to drive safely through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry groceries from the van to delivery points, including stairs
