Event Medic/Paramedic Job

This role involves providing medical support at events across Perth, ranging from low-risk to high-risk activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Event Medic/Paramedic will be responsible for assessing and managing medical emergencies, working closely with other healthcare professionals and event staff to ensure a safe and successful event outcome.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also need to be physically fit and able to work in a variety of weather conditions.

  • Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Cert IV in Health Care
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proactive and customer-orientated approach to service delivery
  • Team-orientated nature and excellent communication skills
  • Satisfactory level of computer literacy
  • Well organised and skilled in communicating with people
  • Self-motivated and able to drive excellence in team environment
  • Office administration and report writing
  • Working with children and vulnerable people clearance
  • A current Australia driver's license is required
  • Permanent working rights in Australia
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the medical industry

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a full medical, physical fitness assessment, and clinical verification of competency prior to commencement. Regular and random drug testing will also be undertaken during the course of employment.
