Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects.

  • Manage projects from planning to delivery and handover.
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
  • Deliver various civil works including bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roadworks, concrete, electrical & comms infrastructure.
  • Work closely with budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, councils, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in civil construction, a solid understanding of civil works methods and plant operations, and excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be based in or familiar with the Adelaide region and comfortable managing projects up to $10 million.

Key Qualifications
  • 8-10 years' experience in civil construction (with solid site-based knowledge).
  • Experience delivering subdivisions or related infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to manage projects within budget and schedule.
  • Solid understanding of civil works methods and plant equipment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Based in or familiar with the Adelaide region.
