Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in a Leading Hand role in urban civil construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Hands-on experience with roadworks, earthworks, drainage, or other urban civil construction activities.
  • Ability to interpret and work from plans, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality on-site.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to resolve conflict and align teams to clear roles and expectations
