We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Operator to join our team. A Grader Operator will be responsible for operating graders and other heavy machinery on various projects across the state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy Machinery: Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil construction, operating graders and other heavy machinery to deliver accurate results on a range of projects.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: The successful candidate will read and interpret construction plans to ensure all work aligns with project specifications and standards.
  • Perform Regular Maintenance: We require candidates who can perform regular checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction or similar environments.
  • Holding a valid Driver License, White card and Grader Ticket is essential.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks on site is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Prioritisation of safety above all else is vital.
