About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled individual to work closely with our leadership team in redesigning processes, providing industry-leading compliance advice, and reviewing marketing collateral and Product Disclosure Statements (PDS).
- Manage and redesign the obligations register, review and draft frameworks, and develop policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within Banking and Financial Services.
- Review and advise on marketing collateral and PDS in line with regulatory requirements.
- Draft frameworks and policies, utilizing excellent written ability and critical thinking skills.
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a related tertiary qualification in Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Business are highly valued.
- Grow professionally and personally in a supportive environment.
- Take on people management responsibilities with 1 direct report and potential to grow the team.
- Work with an inspirational leader who will guide and support your growth.
