Job Title: Principal Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Principal Consultant. This critical position requires expertise in FileNet development and ECM solutions with a strong Java/J2EE background.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, designing, and developing on FileNet, particularly with IBM Enterprise Records Manager. They will collaborate with a team of technical experts to deliver high-visibility projects.

This key role involves developing Java/J2EE components to integrate with IBM BAW Case Manager and/or FileNet, creating system monitoring tools, and contributing to operational and risk remediation activities.

  • Develop and configure FileNet solutions with robust Records Management, Archival, and Retrieval capabilities.
  • Design and develop custom components using Java/J2EE to integrate with IBM BAW Case Manager and/or FileNet.
  • Implement system monitoring tools to ensure seamless operation of FileNet systems.
  • Participate in design meetings and contribute to design decisions as needed.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in IT, with 10+ years in IBM Records Manager/FileNet as Developer, Designer, and Architect.
  • Expert-level knowledge of IBM FileNet P8 (5.5.x/5.6) and Java/J2EE.
  • Strong experience with P8 content engine and process engine APIs, familiarity with WebSphere.
  • Excellent consulting, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Agile methodology experience is a plus.
