Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer Lead Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of FileNet solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, design, and develop on FileNet, particularly with IBM Enterprise Records Manager.
  • Develop Java/J2EE based components to integrate with IBM BAW Case Manager and/or FileNet.
  • Develop System Monitoring tools to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities to maintain a stable work environment.
  • Work on Estimation and sizing for new proposals to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of IT industry experience, with at least 10 years in IBM Records Manager, FileNet as a Developer, Designer, and Architect.
  • Expert-level skills in IBM FileNet P8, including version 5.5.X and 5.6.
  • Advanced skills in Java/J2EE, Spring, Junit, iBatis/Hibernate, and Websphere.
  • Strong experience with P8 content engine and process engine APIs.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • IBM CMOD, Box, eDiscovery, WebSphere Administration Server, IBM HTTP Server, DB2, Enterprise Java, VSTS, Web Services, Linux, JSP, SOA, REST, SOAP.
