As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the overall operations of the Human Resources Division. This includes full cycle recruiting, training, employee relations, employee engagement, administration of benefits, HRIS administration, and a wide range of HR generalist duties as needed.

The role requires strong communication skills to drive and monitor the success of employee engagement and recognition programs. You will also perform HRIS data entry and utilize HRIS and other systems to ensure accurate data maintenance, approval of changes, and efficient processing in a timely manner.

You will assist the Talent Recruiting Team in managing the talent acquisition process for assigned requisitions, as required. This includes job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews, when necessary.

The position involves maintaining the organization structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. You will provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies; assist in enforcing policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements, company initiatives, and organizational goals.

Additionally, you will attend and actively participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. You will coordinate the planning and preparation for new hire orientation and other onboarding activities.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Economics is required, along with 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources. Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices is essential. Recruitment experience with engineering, consulting, or professional services field is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. They must be able to maintain confidentiality and work well under pressure.
