About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Boarding Supervisor at The Cathedral College, Rockhampton. As a key member of our boarding team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for our boarders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic care to boarders, encompassing their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
  • Supervise boarders in their daily routines, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Offer academic support during study sessions, helping boarders to achieve their academic goals
  • Accompany boarders to activities and events, promoting their social and emotional development
  • Transport boarders to sporting events and outings, using school vehicles
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with young people and has a commitment to the values of Catholic education. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with boarders, staff, and parents.

You will also have a strong understanding of the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for young people, and be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
