About the Role

The Cathedral College, Rockhampton, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Boarding Supervisor to join our team. As a Boarding Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing pastoral and academic support to our boarders, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise boarders in their daily routines, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Assist with academic support during study sessions, helping boarders to achieve their academic goals
  • Accompany boarders to activities and events, promoting their social and emotional development
  • Transport boarders to sporting events and outings, ensuring their safety and well-being

Requirements:

  • Understanding of and commitment to the ethos of Catholic education
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in computer skills
  • Ability to work rostered weekend and night shifts (desirable)
