Experience a dynamic opportunity to amplify organisational branding, reputation and messaging through compelling internal and external communication strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Director of Strategy & Governance to provide timely advice on communication issues and opportunities.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate corporate communications, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Business Development Manager in promoting services to key stakeholders and communities.
- Assist Recruitment Coordinator in maintaining employee documents and compliance.
- Develop engaging content across various channels, including website, social media, media releases and publicity.
- Identify opportunities for staff engagement events and manage content and event communications.
- Establish internal channels of communication using Teams and Employment Hero Platforms.
- Post and manage training materials on Employment Hero.
- Contribute to member retention through active engagement delivering value to members.
- Review, edit and enhance corporate documents to ensure consistency in brand, tone and language.
- Manage Policy Portal and tracked documents.
- Collaborate in developing the Marketing and Communication plan.
- Implement marketing campaigns/strategies as part of the P&C.
- Drive project management particularly of publications (digital and print) and web-based platforms.
- Maintain website and online presence demonstrating engagement using web analytics.
- Fulfil other duties as required by management and department personnel.

Requirements:

- Current driving license
- Access to personal vehicle
- Current Police Check
- Rights to work in Australia

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Digital Marketing or Journalism (or equivalent discipline)
- Experience in the health portfolio
- 3-5 years experience in a communications role
- Strong digital and social media experience
- Project management experience (particularly publications - both hard copy and digital)
