Early Learning Professional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director. This role involves working closely with the Centre Director to support our centre and team.
About the Position
The successful candidate will utilize their leadership qualities to motivate the centre team, drive continuous improvement in all aspects of centre operations, and establish respectful relationships with families and networks within the local community.
- Collaborate with the Centre Director to lead the team in providing high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team
- Oversee the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
- Implement best practices from the Goodstart Practice Guide
