Front-Line Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our customer service team as a key member of our front-line staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas as required.
- Assist with scanning groceries and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding shopping experience.

Monday Afternoon (4pm - 9pm), Tuesday Afternoon (4pm - 9pm) and Sunday Daytime (6am - 4pm).
