Exciting Career Opportunity in Customer Service and Reception

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a customer service and receptionist. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with people and have excellent communication skills.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, members and staff
  • Assisting with general reception duties and taking pride in your presentation and approach
  • Supporting stock take and other administrative tasks as required
  • Sales and retail support - Cross selling and approaching guests or members to discuss their needs
  • Understanding memberships and their requirements
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the gym - Ensuring the gym and shop front are clean and tidy
  • Reporting any maintenance issues that require attention

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A professional and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and show initiative
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High attention-to-detail skills
  • Availability for overnight shift coverage between 10pm to 6am weekdays and weekends

Requirements for this position include:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work overnight
  • Available to work during the Christmas period such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years day
  • Strong PC literacy and administration skills
  • Level 2 First Aid and CPR
  • Police Check
  • Must be available on weekend and/or overnights
