Showroom Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our showroom consultants team and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the showroom consultants team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our showroom displays and product information materials
  • Collaborate with clients in the showroom to assist with their selections and provide in-depth product knowledge
  • Prepare quotations and estimates for clients based on house plans
  • Perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Industry experience or managerial background
  • Availability to work some Saturdays on a roster basis
  • Experience in client-builder selections is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate and support team members
  • Exceptional customer service and time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy
  • Able to stay up-to-date with current market trends and maintain a keen eye for detail
