Job Title: Team Assistant

Colliers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join our dynamic team in Newcastle. As a key member of our agency business, you will provide daily administrative support to a team of agents and assist with the coordination of department sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production, proofing, and formatting of property reports, submissions, and other client documentation.
  • Creating innovative and impactful content in submissions and IMs.
  • Preparation of marketing collateral and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with administration duties, including lease and sale administration, financial management procedures, phone support, and preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating database systems and research spreadsheets.
Requirements:
  • Recent administration experience, ideally within the Property Industry.
  • Strong MS Office Skills with experience in PDF editing.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and self-motivation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Skill and experience in preparing and proofreading documents, including exceptional spelling and grammar, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions when required.
