We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Paediatric Therapist to join our team, working closely with children and their families to deliver high-quality therapy services.
As a Paediatric Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary clinical team to provide evidence-based assessment and treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. You will deliver targeted interventions in clinic settings, client homes, schools, and via telehealth, focusing on developmental delays and disabilities.
One of the key aspects of this role is building strong relationships with families, providing them with ongoing support and guidance throughout the therapy process. You will also have the opportunity to participate in regular training and professional development opportunities, ensuring your skills are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
Our team prides itself on creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and collaboration. We believe in supporting our staff members' professional and personal development, offering flexible rostering options and generous paid parental leave policies.
To succeed in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in speech and language pathology or a related field, along with current membership with SPA. You should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with children and/or individuals with disabilities. Your ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions will be highly valued by our team.
If you share our passion for delivering exceptional care and would thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
