Job Title: Community Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Health Support Specialist. This role will play a key part in supporting the smooth functioning of programs focused on improving community health and wellbeing.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to our team, including coordination and communication across key sector networks, maintaining accurate records and data to support reporting and evaluation, and supporting financial processes and documentation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong administrative experience with a solid understanding of harm minimisation principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage empathetically and professionally with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in written communication, including accurate record-keeping and the ability to prepare clear and concise reports
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and data management systems; knowledge of Sage is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage competing priorities, use initiative, and uphold the values of the organisation in all aspects of work
