About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Roma. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, including personal care, meal planning, and social activities.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to help people achieve their NDIS goals and improve their quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a high level of support and care for our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in disability support.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a SIL environment or supporting people with complex disabilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including manual handling tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the values of Endeavour Foundation.
