About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Professional to join our team at Hireup. As a Disability Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities and their families to provide personalized support and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and care to individuals with disabilities in their homes, communities, or workplaces
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other support workers to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer:
