Dynamic Business Development Role for Results-Driven Sales Representative

We seek a seasoned sales professional with a track record in promoting and selling high-quality rock drilling tools to various industries, including mining, construction, and quarrying.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of our rock drilling tools and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market share.
  • Research competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence through our CRM database.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the rock drilling tools or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with rock drilling tools, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
