About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized intervention programs.
  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes to empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.

Requirements

  • Australian recognized degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service to clients and customers.
  • Ability to work in the community, with a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
