Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans, tailored to the individual's needs and goals.
- Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
- Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals to achieve maximal work participation.
- Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
- Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Australian recognized degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation.
- Willingness to learn and positively impact individuals' lives in tangible ways.
- The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers.
- Willingness to work in the community, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
