We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at MedHealth. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting adults and children with various presentations, including motor skills, ADLs, functional capacity assessments, and sensory disorders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Provide education and training to clients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes and services.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
