About this role

The Search Consultant for Direct Hire is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for various clients.

  • Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and various marketing strategies.
  • Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates and deploys client and role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client initiatives.
  • Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.
  • Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients, and roles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops client accounts and generates new business opportunities.
  • Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs and determine the most effective recruiting methods.
  • Creates and deploys client and role-specific strategic recruiting plans and client engagement initiatives.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
  • Maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional associations and networking organizations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in business development, recruiting top-tier, mid- to senior-level candidates, or relevant industry experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience generating new business, establishing effective working relationships, prioritizing multiple tasks, identifying and resolving problems, demonstrating business acumen and market insight, knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
