Job Tasks:
  • Lead business development initiatives to identify new business opportunities in the coal region.
  • Build customer relationships through proactive account management and engagement with key decision-makers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the technical sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Actively promote our ground support solutions by conducting technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Conduct regular customer site visits to ensure satisfaction and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports analysing business performance and recommending corrective actions.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and manage working capital effectively.

About You:

  • Proven experience in underground mining, especially in coal mining, is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ground support materials and application engineering.
  • Strong business development and customer account management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Capability to work autonomously and deliver on strategic objectives.
