Job Tasks:- Lead business development initiatives to identify new business opportunities in the coal region.
- Build customer relationships through proactive account management and engagement with key decision-makers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the technical sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Actively promote our ground support solutions by conducting technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Conduct regular customer site visits to ensure satisfaction and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports analysing business performance and recommending corrective actions.
- Negotiate sales contracts and manage working capital effectively.
About You:
- Proven experience in underground mining, especially in coal mining, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated understanding of ground support materials and application engineering.
- Strong business development and customer account management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop long-lasting customer relationships.
- Capability to work autonomously and deliver on strategic objectives.
