Digital Product Ownership Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner to lead the development of our digital solutions.

This role involves working closely with Technology partners and stakeholders to define, execute, and deliver high-quality digital products.

  • Gathering requirements, defining epics and detailed user stories, conducting user acceptance testing, and setting sprint goals and prioritisation.
  • Delivering projects and initiatives on time with minimal defects.
  • Facilitating requirements-gathering workshops, engaging with feature teams, and participating in high-level development and design estimates.

Strong skills and experience are required to succeed in this role:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
  • A proven track record in delivering digital capability adoption and improving customer experiences.
  • The ability to collaborate and foster teamwork across organisational boundaries.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain flexibility and resilience in a fast-changing environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager experience is highly desirable) and proficiency in using Confluence and JIRA tools. They should also have a sound understanding of HTML, JSON, CSS, and APIs.
