About the RoleAs a senior design engineer at Connect Personnel, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs for various clients across the mining and infrastructure sectors. Your experience and expertise will be utilised to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical and structural components for mining and infrastructure projects
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the design process
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the mining and infrastructure sectors
- Excellent knowledge of 3D software packages (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
