We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Brisbane as an Infrastructure Project Lead - Structural Design. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, mining, and resources.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the structural design aspects of our projects, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and efficient structural solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed civil engineering designs for infrastructure projects including roadways, drainage systems, water supply, and wastewater systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact analysis.
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, sustainability standards, and health and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) designation or working towards it.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil infrastructure design and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in civil design software including 12D, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, infrastructure systems, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental regulations is a plus.

Benefits:
